Rydoo is seeking an AI-focused engineer to build and deploy internal AI-powered tools and automations. You will connect data across systems, create shared building blocks for AI, and deliver end-to-end projects across Sales, Finance, CS, HR and Product.

You’ll own internal AI products, balance speed and quality, and drive adoption with robust data access and integrations. A hybrid work policy supports flexible collaboration.

Qualificações

• 3-8 years of experience in software engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience putting LLM-based solutions into production, not only prototypes.
• Experience making a solution reliable after launch: evaluation, testing, monitoring, failure handling.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into concrete AI solutions for internal use.
• Design, build, and deploy internal AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, CS, HR and Product to prioritise and deliver use cases.
• Own internal AI products from ideation to deployment and monitor performance.
