Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Change Lead for a fully remote position. You will shape the change strategy, drive adoption of AI technologies, and work with senior leaders across global teams to ensure successful transformation.

You will coordinate communications, learning paths and governance forums, building a scalable AI community and leading high-impact engagement initiatives. This is ideal for an experienced change professional in a rapidly evolving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Lead, Change Manager, Transformation Lead or similar role.
• Strong background in organisational change, digital or AI adoption programmes.
• Ability to translate transformation objectives into clear adoption plans and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI Change Strategy and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Develop communications plans, messaging, FAQs and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums and track actions.
• Support AI learning pathways to build confidence and capability.
• Plan and deliver major AI-focused corporate events.
• Establish and manage an AI Champions Community.
• Monitor risks, issues and decisions; escalate when needed.
• Provide regular progress reports on adoption and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Learning, Communications, Technology and business teams for integrated AI transformation.
