• Experience leading AI-enabled software transformation initiatives.
• Ability to design and implement AI-enabled workflows across engineering teams.
• Proven track record in driving change management and adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess current software development processes and identify opportunities to integrate AI and AI Agents across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Testing, and Platform teams to define AI-enabled practices.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and pilots to support AI adoption and process transformation.
• Lead change management activities, including communication plans, training, and coaching sessions.
• Support teams in adapting responsibilities and collaboration models to AI-driven ways of working.
• Monitor adoption, productivity, quality, and developer experience metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
