Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist for a fully remote contract role. You will transform learning strategies into AI-powered solutions, prototype resources, and automate onboarding and knowledge management in a distributed, asynchronous-first environment.

You will work with stakeholders across organizations to turn open-ended ideas into practical enablement initiatives, leveraging Claude and other AI tools while maintaining Sana LMS, Notion, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience turning learning needs into practical AI-powered solutions.
• Hands-on with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Ability to design scalable enablement experiences for a global, asynchronous team.
• Experience maintaining knowledge repositories and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research AI-enabled learning approaches and propose practical solutions.
• Prototype AI-supported resources and automated workflows.
• Develop learning initiatives from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Manage asynchronous onboarding experiences.
• Maintain learning repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Automate learning administration tasks (enrolments, reminders, tracking).
• Improve learning platforms (Sana LMS, Notion, Claude).
• Create clear learning content (modules, guides, docs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address learning needs.
