Jobgether, a partner company in Portugal, is seeking an Ad Accounts Team Lead to oversee the preparation, management, and performance of Facebook advertising accounts within a fast-growing iGaming business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure media buyers have reliable accounts that meet operational needs and performance targets in a fully remote setting.

You will monitor account quality, stability, and longevity, coordinate the team’s activities, resolve issues such as

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience preparing and managing Facebook advertising accounts.
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads accounts and the specific requirements involved in managing them.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable, with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with team members, coordinate activities, and manage processes.

Responsibilities

• Account preparation: Create and prepare Facebook accounts for advertising campaigns.
• Team support: Provide media buyers with accounts according to operational needs, team priorities, and established KPIs.
• Account monitoring: Track account quality, stability, and lifetime to ensure reliable campaign operations.
• Team coordination: Oversee the team’s work, manage workflows, and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate account records, track results, and update statuses in a timely manner.
• Issue analysis: Investigate account bans and other operational issues, identify their causes, and recommend ways to improve account quality and stability.
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with media buyers, communicate effectively, and respond promptly to the team’s needs.
