Job summary

Martinhal Chiado in Lisbon invites applications for a Front Office professional to deliver warm, personalized service to guests. You will join a luxury-hospitality team that values English/Portuguese fluency, professional appearance, and proactive guest care in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with guest check-in/out, handle inquiries, and support guests throughout their stay, contributing to memorable experiences in our urban-chic setting in the heart of Chiado.

Qualifications

• Degree or training in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of HOST (PMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree or training in Hospitality/Tourism, or previous experience in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office; knowledge of HOST (PMS) is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and responsible approach.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
