Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is seeking a Supervisor de Andares to lead and coordinate our housekeeping team in a luxury hotel environment in Lisbon. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, guest privacy, and efficient service while supporting a diverse team.

The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory experience, strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, and the ability to manage shifts and weekends.

Competenze

• Previous experience supervising housekeeping teams, preferably in a hotel sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping practices and techniques, including chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, promoting a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Proven ability to deal with adverse situations and resolve problems effectively and quickly.
• Flexible working hours, including availability to work shifts and weekends as required.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
