Job summary

Martinhal Resorts in Lisbon Chiado seeks a Front Office professional to represent the brand and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious urban setting.

Ideal candidates hold hospitality training, speak Portuguese and English fluently, and bring strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of HOST PMS is a plus. You will work flexible shifts and contribute to a culture of professional growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or training in Hospitality/Tourism required.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; HOST PMS is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proactive and responsible.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Martinhal brand in all guest interactions at the Front Office.
• Collaborate with teams to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Assist guests in maximizing their stay and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Support shifts across the front desk as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Degree or training in Hospitality/Tourism, or previous experience in 4- or 5-star hotels.

Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office;
knowledge of HOST (PMS)is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and responsible approach.

Flexibility to work different shifts.
