Versigent in Lisbon designs and delivers power distribution systems for electrified and automated products. You will coordinate equipment releases, execute CRA studies, and drive process improvements with ME, Process and MEC teams.

We seek engineers with strong statistical analysis, data interpretation, and clear communication. Fluent English is required, French is a plus. Versigent offers private health care from day one, learning and development opportunities, and recognition for innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities and execute new equipment releases for verification.
• CRA studies execution for new businesses and engineering changes.
• Coordinate surveillance routines execution and follow ups with involved persons.
• Specification release for new equipment ROB/Assembly.
• Participate as team member in problems solving activities.
• Participate as team member in Eng Change Notice review to assess feasibility.
• Cooperate with local Process and MEC teams in process improvements.
• Maintain CRA content updated to standardize its utilization in the sites.
• Develop reliability tools for High Voltage business.

Your role:

• Coordinate activities/execute new equipment release requested by ME team as ready for verification.
• Componentes Risk Assessment (CRA) studies execution for all new businesses and requested engineering changes
• Coordinate surveillance routines execution and follow ups with involved persons.
• Specification release for new equipments ROB/Assembly.
• Participate as team member in problems solving activities.
• Participate as team member in Eng Change Notice rewiew to assest fesability.
• Cooperate with local Process team and MEC team in process improvements.
• Maintain CRA content updated to standardize its utilization in the sites.
• Develop reliability tools for High Voltage business

Your Background :

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Materials, Physics, Chemical, Industrial, or similar) with a strong understanding of how machines work.
• Experience in an industrial environment (food, chemical, automotive, textile, etc.)
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and measurement system evaluations
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
