Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Atlassian Data Center administrator to ensure availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms, troubleshoot issues, and implement controlled upgrade plans. You will collaborate with Linux servers, databases, and Data Center clusters to maintain infrastructure.

You will lead with strong troubleshooting, apply best practices, and help drive integration with other applications in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Senior professional with 5+ years administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence).
• 3+ years of experience with Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to define permanent solutions.
• Proficient English (C1); French a plus.
• Demonstrated alignment with integrity and customer focus.

What will you do?

• Ensure the availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Handle advanced troubleshooting, investigate root causes, and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds for system issues.
• Define and execute a controlled upgrade plan for Jira, Confluence, and associated plugins, ensuring compatibility.
• Manage Atlassian infrastructure by collaborating closely with teams responsible for administering technical components like Linux servers, databases, and Data Center clusters.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and follow administration best practices for Atlassian solutions and their integration with other applications.
