Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead test activities for major client projects in a hybrid work setting. You will guide testing strategies, coordinate teams, and ensure quality across the test lifecycle in line with project goals.

We value strong communication in French and English, expert Jira usage, and a track record of managing test portfolios with budget awareness and timely delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Jira for test management.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Experience managing a portfolio of test projects and budgets.
• Ability to manage the entire test lifecycle from scoping to closure.

• Solid experience (minimum 8 years) as a Test Manager, preferably in a senior role;
• Fluency in French and English - mandatory;
• Proficiency with Jira for test management;
• Strong understanding of test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB certification is a plus);
• Experience in managing a portfolio of test projects, including budget forecasting, activity, cost, quality, and timeline follow-up;
• Ability to manage the entire test activity lifecycle, from initial scoping to project closure, ensuring quality and providing necessary support.
