HN Services is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to join a large-scale international transformation program, collaborating with Program PMOs, Project & Program Managers and senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on governance, cross-program coordination, KPI reporting, and delivering decision-ready materials, while advancing PMO frameworks and tools in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years of PMO, program, or portfolio management experience.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in complex, international environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of PMO tools and reporting; Power BI/Power Platform and AI is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive PMO governance and cross-program operations
• Coordinate risks, issues, dependencies and PMO activities
• Consolidate KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting
• Prepare decision-ready materials for senior leadership
• Implement and improve PMO frameworks, templates and tools

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8+ years of experience in PMO, Program or Portfolio Management
