Are you a detail-oriented and strategic Project Management Office (PMO) professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes tech environment? QualityAI, we partner with some of the world's most prominent Big Tech companies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

We are looking for a proactive PMO Officer who can act as the backbone of our project operations. In this role, you will champion delivery excellence, empower our leadership, and take rigorous ownership of our project financials. What will you be doing?

As our PMO Officer, you will bridge the gap between financial control and project delivery. You will work closely with our delivery teams to ensure our Big Tech clients receive exceptional service, while simultaneously safeguarding our internal processes and budgets. Your core responsibilities include:

• Financial & Budget Ownership:Take hands-on responsibility for budget tracking, forecasting, and billing/Invoice accuracy. You will ensure that all financial data is meticulously maintained and aligned with the approved forecast.
• Empowering and Supporting Delivery Teams:Train, mentor, and guide Team Leads on project management best practices. You will develop, maintain, and roll out project templates, process documentation, and training materials to streamline delivery. Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate smooth project execution and support in all the phases.
• Performance Tracking:Monitor, control, and report on critical KPIs and SLAs, ensuring we consistently meet or exceed the rigorous standards expected by our Big Tech partners.
• Process Innovation:Leverage your problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement. You will look for opportunities to integrate data analytics and AI-driven automations into our PMO workflows to boost efficiency.

What do you bring?

You are an analytical, organized, and communicative professional who knows how to bring structure to complex environments. You feel comfortable managing numbers, and interfacing with different stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a PMO, Project Management, or Delivery Support role, ideally within the IT or tech industry.
• Good financial acumen with a demonstrable track record of managing project budgets, ensuring billing accuracy, and financial reporting.
• Experience defining, tracking, and optimizing SLAs and KPIs.
• Good coaching and presentation skills, with the ability to train technical Team Leads on PMO best practices.
• A highly organized mindset with the ability to create and manage scalable templates and workflows.
• A strong plus (but not mandatory):Experience with data analytics (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and a keen interest in or practical experience with utilizing AI-integrated automations to optimize project management tasks.
