Indie Campers in Lisbon is seeking a Regional Operations & Performance Analyst (Italian Speaker) to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency across the region. You will own end-to-end processes from real estate to supplier management, reporting KPIs and optimizing costs.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, cross-functional collaboration, and the deployment of regional best practices, supporting rapid growth in a dynamic, international company.

Qualificações

• Background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or similar) or Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, continuous improvement, or facilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimisation (Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Track record of contributing to cost reduction or efficiency gains.
• Proactive, action-oriented, and able to solve operational challenges.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow and improve structured procedures.
• Collaborative team player with regional/local stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German/Italian/French are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution within your region.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost per booking.
• Monitor and report regional operational KPIs using data to identify root causes and prioritise actions.
• Support regional and local leadership to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Act as regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality.
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry services, gas suppliers, and other partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations and optimise stock levels.
• Contribute to the development of real estate standards and health/safety compliance.
• Procure, negotiate, and manage suppliers with focus on cost reduction and service levels.
• Support expansion of regional network through real estate sourcing and supplier development.
• Standardise and document processes across depots for consistency and scalability.
