Indie Campers in Portugal seeks a Regional Fleet Operations Analyst to drive regional processes and manage local depots. You will own end-to-end fleet execution, vehicle management, procurement, stock, and coordination with logistics to ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will work with local teams and external partners to optimize fleet costs, expand regional operations, and maintain procedures for top-quality

Qualificações

• Background in Transports Management, Mechanics or Engineering or similar fields.
• Action-oriented with initiative to address operational needs.
• Organised and analytical with data-driven approach.
• Detail-oriented while following procedures.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German or Italian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and contribute to the evolution of asset management procedures.
• Maximise fleet availability through in-fleet and de-fleet procedures.
• Ensure local stock meets inventory needs and procure parts.
• Support vehicle interventions and coordinate with local operations.
• Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics partners.
• Develop fleet network by managing relationships with workshops and partners.
• Own vehicle operating costs for the region.
• Contribute to expansion projects of the region.
