Indie Campers in Lisbon is seeking a Regional Fleet Analyst to oversee regional fleet operations, manage depots, and ensure high availability and cost-efficient performance. You will own end-to-end vehicle management, supplier relationships, stock control, and logistics coordination to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will work with regional teams to drive KPIs, support expansion, and continuously improve fleet processes.

Qualificações

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Logistics, or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational management is a plus.
• Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with ability to solve operational challenges.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow operational procedures with precision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with internal/external collaboration.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to regional objectives.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, workshops, or logistics partners is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and contribute to fleet and asset management procedures designed by central teams.
• Maximize fleet availability via efficient in-fleeting, intervention, and de-fleeting processes.
• Ensure local depots maintain stock levels and procure spare parts when needed.
• Support local operations teams with vehicle interventions and technical guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics between local teams and external providers.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners.
• Monitor and optimize vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance.
• Contribute to regional expansion projects and setup of new locations.
• Track KPIs and use data to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
