Indie Campers in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive daily operations, optimise fleet availability, and boost customer satisfaction across your region.

You will own end-to-end processes, develop partnerships with real estate and service suppliers, and use data and KPIs to identify cost savings and efficiency gains while working with regional and local teams to hit targets.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or facilities management.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data and KPIs to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end regional operations processes to improve availability and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs per booking.
• Monitor regional KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Coordinate with real estate, laundry, gas, cleaning suppliers and partners.
• Support regional and local teams to meet targets and standards.
