Indie Campers, the go-to campervan marketplace, seeks a Regional Fleet Analyst to drive regional fleet operations, depot management, and end-to-end processes. You will oversee vehicle management, supplier relations, stock control, and logistics coordination to maximize fleet utilization and control costs.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational management.
• Hands-on and action-oriented mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures with precision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Team player with collaborative mindset for regional objectives.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, workshops, or logistics partners is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Execute regional fleet operations processes and manage a portfolio of local depots.
• Maintain high fleet availability, quality, and cost efficiency across region.
• Oversee vehicle management, supplier procurement and relationships.
• Coordinate stock control, logistics, and support local operations teams.
• Drive regional expansion projects and operational setup of new locations.
• Track KPIs and leverage data to improve fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
