Job summary

Indie Campers, a go-to campervan marketplace, seeks a Regional Fleet Analyst to optimize regional fleet operations and manage a portfolio of local depots for high availability and efficiency.

You will own end-to-end processes including vehicle management, procurement, stock control, and logistics coordination, collaborating with regional teams and partners to maximize utilization and control costs.

Qualifications

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Logistics, or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand and improve fleet and asset management procedures within the region.
• Maximize fleet availability via efficient in-fleeting, interventions, and de-fleeting processes.
• Maintain stock levels at local depots and manage spare parts procurement.
• Support vehicle interventions and provide technical guidance to local teams.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics with partners and depots.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Monitor vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance.
• Drive regional expansion projects and support new locations.
• Track KPIs and use data to improve fleet quality and customer satisfaction.
