Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Asset Lead to manage and support Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. The role focuses on executing regional fleet strategies, ensuring SOP compliance, and driving performance aligned with reliability and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the RAL will translate strategy into action, coach a multi-site team, and collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to optimize operations and deliver fleet projects.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in operational execution and team leadership.
• Experience managing multi-site teams and regional operations.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional operations across UKI & Nordics with depot coordination.
• Ensure SOP compliance in health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
• Monitor regional KPIs and drive improvements in unavailability and fleet costs.
• Lead and coach Asset Analysts; conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews.
• Collaborate with People team on hiring, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Negotiate with suppliers and monitor SLA performance; act as regional liaison.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee fleet projects.
