Indie Campers seeks a Regional Asset Lead to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will drive regional fleet strategies, ensure SOP adherence, and push improvements in availability, supplier performance, and fleet costs.
You will report to the Regional Director and work with Asset Strategy and People teams to hire, onboard, and develop talent, while traveling regularly to depots for hands-on oversight.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Asset Lead (RAL) to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. The RAL will be responsible for executing regional fleet strategies, ensuring the consistent deployment of processes, and driving performance in line with customer satisfaction, unavailability, and infleet goals.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director and functionally to the Asset Strategy Director, the RAL serves as the operational backbone of the region. This role requires a highly collaborative leader who can effectively translate strategy into execution and support local depots through coordination and oversight of regional processes and partnerships.
