Indie Campers is seeking an experienced Regional Asset Lead to manage a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics. You will execute regional fleet strategies, ensure SOP compliance, and drive performance aligned with customer satisfaction and fleet goals.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will travel frequently to depots and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize regional processes. The role requires 6–8 years in operations or related fields, 2–5 years in leadership, English

Qualificações

• 6–8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management.
• 2–5 years of experience managing teams, including performance coaching.
• Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management.
• Proficiency in analyzing operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Availability to travel frequently within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily regional operations across depots and Asset Analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance in health & safety, facilities, stock, and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs like unavailability, supplier network, and fleet maintenance costs.
• Lead and develop a team of Asset Analysts with regular coaching.
• Coordinate with the Regional Director and central teams to improve regional processes.
