Indie Campers seeks a Regional Asset Lead to manage and support a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will drive regional fleet strategies, ensure SOP adherence, and push improvements in availability, supplier performance, and fleet costs.

You will report to the Regional Director and work with Asset Strategy and People teams to hire, onboard, and develop talent, while traveling regularly to depots for hands-on oversight.

Qualificações

• 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain, or project management.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management.
• Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operational processes across the region, coordinating with depots and Asset Analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance across health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
• Monitor core KPIs like unavailability, supplier network, and fleet maintenance costs.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify bottlenecks and implement actions.
• Act as the Regional Director's right arm and substitute for BROM during absences.
