Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Asset Lead to manage a team of Asset Analysts across the UKI & Nordics region. You will drive regional fleet strategies, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate with regional depots to deliver performance aligned with customer satisfaction and fleet goals.

The role requires a strong background in fleet management, supplier relationships, and a proven track record in operational execution.

Qualificações

6–8 years in operations, rent-a-car, supply chain or project management.
2–5 years of experience managing teams, including performance coaching.
Strong background in fleet management and supplier/partner management.
Proficiency in analyzing and acting on operational KPIs and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

Oversee daily regional operations across multiple depots and coordinate with Asset Analysts.
Ensure SOP compliance in health & safety, facilities, stock management and service delivery.
Drive KPI performance on unavailability, supplier network, maintenance costs and infleet processes.
Visit depots to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Act as the Regional Director's right arm and substitute for the BROM during absences.
Lead and develop Asset Analysts through regular 1:1s, coaching and performance management.
Collaborate with People team on hiring, onboarding and training initiatives.
Lead supplier negotiations and assess supplier performance to ensure SLAs.
