Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Fleet Analyst to drive end-to-end fleet operations across their regional depots. You will own vehicle management, stock control, procurement, and logistics coordination to maximize fleet availability and reduce costs.

You will work with regional teams to optimize processes, support expansion, and ensure high service levels. Fluency in English and hands-on problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Logistics, or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination or procurement is a plus.
• Hands-on mindset with ability to solve operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with precision and consistency in following procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for internal and partner collaboration.
• Team player with willingness to contribute to regional objectives and adapt to change.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Execute regional fleet operations processes and manage local depots for fleet availability and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end vehicle management, stock control, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Support local operations teams with vehicle interventions and technical guidance when needed.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with regional teams and external logistics providers.
• Source and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners.
• Monitor and optimize vehicle operating costs and contribute to regional expansion projects.
• Track KPIs and use data to improve fleet quality and customer satisfaction.
