Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Fleet Analyst in Portugal to manage end-to-end fleet operations across local depots, driving availability, quality and cost efficiency.

You will own vehicle management, procurement, stock control, and logistics coordination, collaborating with regional teams to optimize fleet performance and support expansion initiatives. Fluency in English is mandatory and the role offers an international, fast-growing environment.

Qualificações

• Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering or Logistics.
• 1–3 years of fleet operations, logistics coordination or procurement is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and contribute to fleet and asset management procedures designed by central teams and ensure their successful implementation within your region.
• Maximize fleet availability by executing efficient vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting processes.
• Ensure local depots maintain stock levels and procure spare parts as required.
• Support local operations teams with vehicle interventions and technical guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics between local teams and external providers.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners.
• Monitor, control, and optimize vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance.
• Contribute to regional expansion projects and support new locations setup.
• Track operational KPIs and leverage data to drive efficiency, fleet quality, and customer satisfaction.
