Indie Campers is seeking a Regional Fleet Expert based in Lisbon to be the central point of contact for vehicles in the region. You will optimize fleet performance, reduce repair costs, and standardize damage management across mechanical, body, and electrical issues.

You will develop SOPs for damage identification and repair approvals, promote regional autonomy in van repairs, and report to the Asset Strategy Director while collaborating with regional directors and depot teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as cost estimator or quote approval for mechanical, body repair, or electrical issues.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle mechanics and how cars and vans operate.
• Understanding of market standards for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess repair costs and optimize decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine damage trees and RV manuals for stakeholders (customers, local teams, repair agents).
• Act as regional authority on troubleshooting and provide specialized training to mechanics and repair technicians.
• Serve as On-Trip Support Expert, providing real-time guidance to customers during rentals.
• Validate and approve non-standard repair quotes and complex maintenance estimates.
• Build and deploy guidelines to increase regional autonomy in van repairs.
