Indie Campers in Lisbon is offering a Fleet Management Intern role to support regional fleet operations. You will assist in managing local depots, vehicle management, supplier coordination, inventory control, and logistics, gaining hands-on experience in fleet processes and service quality.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required for collaboration with regional teams.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn.
• Organized and analytical approach to data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured procedures.
• Team player able to work with central and local teams.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication with internal and external partners.
• German, Italian or French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end fleet management processes defined by central teams.
• Assist in maximizing fleet availability through in-fleeting and de-fleeting activities.
• Help ensure depots are stocked with inventory and assist with spare parts purchasing.
• Learn about Indie Campers vehicles and support vehicle-related tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners.
• Support relationships with workshops and fleet partners.
• Monitor vehicle operating costs and assist with data analysis for the region.
• Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects.
