Indie Campers in Lisbon is seeking a Regional Operations Analyst to drive fleet availability, customer satisfaction and efficiency across the region. You will own end-to-end processes from real estate to supplier management, with KPIs guiding your decisions.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, optimise stock, and standardise procedures to scale operations while managing cost and quality with local partners.

Qualificações

• Background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or similar), Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, continuous improvement, or facilities management.
• Experience with process improvement and optimisation, ideally Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Track record of cost reduction or efficiency gains.
• Proactive, action-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional interactions.
• Proficient communication, English mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Become expert in local operational procedures and evolve them for your region.
• Design and implement process improvements to cut cost per booking.
• Monitor regional KPIs and identify root causes of underperformance.
• Support regional and local leadership in achieving targets.
• Serve as regional contact for partners and suppliers, ensuring service quality.
• Manage relationships with real estate providers, laundry, gas, cleaners and other partners.
• Execute regional stock replenishment to maintain smooth day-to-day ops.
• Contribute to real estate standards and compliance with health and safety.
• Negotiate and manage suppliers with focus on cost reduction and SLAs.
• Support regional network expansion through sourcing, procurement and supplier development.
