Hexa Group is seeking a Regional Data Governor to strengthen Data Governance and Data Quality across continental Europe. You will validate Core Data Models across countries and turn governance principles into practical decisions, controls and measurable improvements.

You will work with Data Owners, SMEs, country teams and technology stakeholders to embed governance into programme milestones and drive remediation actions, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering data governance programs across multiple domains and countries.
• Ability to translate governance principles into measurable controls, KPIs and remediation actions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English with proven communication across international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional validation and sign-off of Core Data Models across countries.
• Define rules, controls and KPIs to drive Data Quality improvements.
• Facilitate decision-making among Data Owners, SMEs, and technology teams.
• Embed governance requirements into programme milestones and risk management.
• Develop reusable governance practices and templates for Europe-wide adoption.
