Hexa People is seeking a Data Governance Lead to shape how Supply and Food data is governed, understood and used across a large international organisation. You will own the Core Data Model components, establish shared taxonomies and quality standards, and enable data-driven decision making across ERP and reporting initiatives.

You will collaborate with global, regional and local teams, translate governance principles into actionable deliverables, and drive adoption through documentation,

• You will have strong analytical capabilities with experience in data governance and modelling.
• You will translate business needs into data requirements and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data-transformation initiatives from discovery to adoption across global teams.
• Own the Supply and Food components of the Core Data Model and central taxonomy.
• Develop documentation, guidance, training and change communications to enable adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to align definitions, ownership and governance decisions.
