Hexa People is seeking a data governance lead to transform data from multiple source systems into trusted, governed datasets for business use. You will partner with global data-platform specialists, engineers and stakeholders to define, test and publish reusable datasets that support reporting, AI and analytics.

You will centralize data into the Global Data Platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness and traceability, while developing KPIs and Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into clear

Qualificações

• Experience with measurable acceptance criteria and requirements elicitation.
• Experience with MVP/POC delivery for data solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, profile and structure data from different operational systems to create reliable business-level datasets.
• Define data requirements, KPI logic, business terminology and acceptance criteria for technical delivery teams.
• Collaborate with platform teams to design, build, validate and release reusable datasets within the Global Data Platform.
• Monitor data quality and address issues affecting accuracy, completeness, consistency and reliability; build Power BI dashboards aligned with KPIs.
• Automate and simplify reporting processes; maintain metadata, lineage and technical documentation; promote governance practices.
