Hexa People is seeking an analytical and highly organized professional to join a Global Governance & Value Office. You will structure, maintain, and optimize international technology demand and project portfolios, enabling standardized portfolio management and governance across teams worldwide.

You will drive data quality assessments and produce executive-ready reports to inform prioritization, budgeting, and strategic alignment with technology execution.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in PowerBI and data analysis with ability to turn complex portfolio data into executive-ready visuals.
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is valued.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and maintain global tech demand and project portfolios, coordinating governance reviews and producing executive-ready reports.
• Support standardized PPM processes and data quality health checks across international teams.
• Enforce value management frameworks and KPI reviews to ensure strategic business value delivery.
• Assist in annual business planning, budgeting cycles, and provide data-driven insights for corporate decisions.
