Arrow Electronics in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Regional Account Manager to own and drive sales for Symantec, Carbon Black, and CA technologies. You will manage end-user relationships, develop strategic plans, and coordinate with Arrow ECS EMEA to meet territorial goals.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity/IT sales, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a matrix environment with heavy travel. English fluency is essential and health insurance is offered.

Qualificações

• 5 years' experience minimum into the cybersecurity/IT area is required.
• Direct touch/end-user sales experience in cybersecurity products is a strong asset.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities, team management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Travel is estimated to take up to 75% of working time.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the commercial new business sales strategy directly with end-user prospects.
• Own strategic relationships with key prospects (C-level/Senior Management).
• Manage local execution of EMEA initiatives for strategic programs or market segments.
• Coordinate forecasting/pipeline processes in line with Arrow Countries.
• Provide sales leadership to Regional VPs, Country Managers and BU Leaders.
