Job summary

Engel & Völkers is seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our Quinta do Lago team in the Algarve region. You will proactively acquire properties and clients, conduct valuations, organize viewings, negotiate with buyers and owners, and develop marketing activities to attract listings.

Join a premium international brand with a strong network and flexible scheduling. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset and sales experience.
• Ideally real estate experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian) are a plus.
• Residence in the Algarve region.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Interest in 100% commission-based model.
