Engel & Völkers is seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our Algarve teams. You will proactively acquire properties, conduct valuations, organize viewings, negotiate with buyers and owners, and build a strong client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset and sales experience.
• Ideally have real estate experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) are a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Residence in the Algarve region.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
• Interest in working under a 100% commission-based model.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire properties and clients.
• Conduct property valuations and market analysis.
• Organize and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate with buyers and property owners.
• Develop marketing activities to attract listings.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Identify new business opportunities.
