BYD Iberia is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to coordinate RAC and remarketing activities. You will manage contracts, orders, deliveries, and collaborations with dealers and internal teams, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes.

The role requires 2–5 years in admin/coordination, strong English, and excellent organizational skills. Expect close work with Finance, Legal, and Marketing in a dynamic, electric-mobility environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of administrative, coordination or operations experience.
• Advanced English (B2–C1).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical profile with multi-task coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for RAC clients, remarketing partners, and dealers.
• Support external providers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving administrative or operational issues.
• Prepare, review, and process client and dealer contracts, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintain records and reports in internal systems; ensure traceability.
• Supervise departmental administrative management and compliance.
• Liaise with Legal, Finance, Procurement, After Sales, and Marketing.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, invoicing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Support sales and delivery planning for RAC, remarketing, and company cars.
• Monitor planning and performance of remarketing activities with dealers.
• Provide admin support for internal fleet management and reporting.
