ALEBS Evolution within Air Liquide Europe Business Services is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage intercompany processes, reconciliations, and month-end closings. The role supports GAAP reporting and IRIS package preparation in a dynamic, multinational environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring process controls, KPI tracking, and timely escalations. English proficiency and a drive to develop within a diverse, global team are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy.
• Experience in Business Services Center is a plus.
• Experience in a multinational company is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Intercompany financial operations: processing invoices, credit notes, urgent payments, and advance payments.
• Daily reconciliation of intercompany customer and supplier accounts.
• General Ledger analysis, journal postings, and month-end closing according to the corporate calendar.
• Preparation and publication of reporting packages in IRIS and support for the ALNET cycle.
• Control & Quality: implementation and execution of process controls and audit activities.
• KPI/SLA monitoring, issue reporting, and escalation management.
• Investigating and resolving gaps between ERP and IRIS systems.
• Process Management & Team Support: mapping, updating, and maintaining Desktop Procedures (DTPs) in line with corporate standards.
• Process optimization, harmonization, and executing workshadowing/migration.
• Training and guiding junior team members.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: daily interaction with internal teams, local entities, customers, and suppliers.
• Acting as the first point of contact for operational escalations.
