Air Liquide is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join ALEBS Evolution in Lisbon. You will verify invoices, ensure proper coding and authorization, and manage vendor relationships to support cost efficiency and accurate financials.

With 3+ years in a multinational setting, you will collaborate on month-end closings and audits in a dynamic GBS environment. Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Management/Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in a multinational company desirable.
• GBS experience and fluency in English mandatory; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing and verifying invoices with proper coding and authorization.
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and managing vendor relationships.
• Support month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Account for organization's financial obligations to suppliers and creditors by verifying and completing payables transactions, ensuring compliance while contributing to cost efficiency and vendor relations.

• Reviewing and verifying invoices, ensuring proper coding and authorization, and entering them into the accounting system.


• Assist in reconciling vendor statements, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing vendor relationships.


• Assist in month-end closing activities, participate in financial audits, and contribute to financial reporting requirements.

Are you a MATCH?

• Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy


• 3+ years experience in a multinational company is desirable.


• Experience in Global Business Services is a plus (for GBS roles)


• Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory), Portuguese (nice to have) and extra languages are a plus.
