Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is a consulting firm specializing in Banking and Financial Services. The role of Client Data Controller is based hybrid in Lisbon, focusing on accurate account openings, KYC validation, and contract recording within a controlled environment.

You will work on ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and risk-aware processing while leveraging Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage and validate account opening setup requests, ensuring all mandatory information is available before account setup.
• Verify that appropriate derogations/exceptions are in place when mandatory information is missing but the account setup must proceed.
• Perform account opening registration and updates in the client database.
• Verify mandatory KYC information and status prior to account setup.
• Validate the chain of power/authority of signatories.
• Analyse relevant contractual clauses and ensure accurate contract recording in the client database.
• Ensure all activities comply with department procedures, internal rules and quality standards.
• Contribute to process implementation and required activity changes.
• Perform all activities with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and risk awareness.

Main Tasks

• Manage and validate account opening setup requests, ensuring all mandatory information is available before account setup.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 38.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
