Quanteam, the founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking an Accounting Analyst – AP/AR & Fixed Assets for a hybrid role based in Lisbon. The position involves month-end closings, fixed assets management, and close collaboration with international teams.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• Fluent/Expert level of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
• Experience with Fixed Assets accounting and related processes.
• Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, depreciation and accounting adjustments.
• Prepare and post general accounting entries, including VAT, provisions, corrections and other closing-related bookings.
• Analyze open items and outstanding balances, identifying discrepancies and performing corrections.
• Create and maintain Fixed Assets in accordance with Group policies and procedures.
• Perform accounting controls and reconciliations in line with corporate procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure timely closing activities.

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst - AP/AR & Fixed Assets

Main Tasks

• Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, depreciation and accounting adjustments.
• Prepare and post general accounting entries, including VAT, provisions, corrections and other closing-related bookings.
• Analyze open items and outstanding balances, identifying discrepancies and performing the necessary corrections.
• Create and maintain Fixed Assets in accordance with Group policies, accounting standards and internal procedures.
• Perform accounting controls and reconciliations in line with corporate procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and support the resolution of accounting issues.
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of closing activities.

Main Skills & Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and month-end closing processes.
• Experience with Fixed Assets accounting and related processes.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent/Expert level of English, both written and spoken.
• French knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 24.500€ to 47.500€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
