Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is a consulting firm specialized in Banking and Financial Services. With more than 1200 consultants across 10 countries, we support leading institutions in transformation projects.

We are looking for a Securities Issuance Officer to prepare and review issuance documentation, validate Front Office outputs, and coordinate with market authorities. Hybrid position based in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Deep understanding of financial markets and structured securities.
• Knowledge of derivatives and underlying assets (equities, indices, commodities, currencies, ETFs).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage daily production cycles.
• Analytical mindset to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborates with Front Office, Back Office, Legal and IT teams.
• Proficient English in written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review issuance documentation for structured securities, including Final Terms.
• Validate documents from Front Office and ensure template consistency.
• Manage issuance formalities with market authorities, agents, exchanges and clearers.
• Prepare notices and handle corporate actions and related events.
• Maintain internal databases related to securities issuance and documentation.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, Legal and IT for timely issuances.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate IT or stakeholder issues as needed.
• Support process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.

We are looking for a Securities Issuance Officer

Main Tasks

• Prepare and review issuance documentation for structured securities, including Final Terms and supporting documents.
• Validate documents generated by Front Office systems and ensure consistency with Legal templates and programme documentation.
• Manage issuance formalities with market authorities, financial agents, exchanges and clearing systems.
• Prepare notices and perform administrative actions related to corporate actions, call events, adjustments and other events affecting securities.
• Maintain and update internal databases related to securities issuance and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Back Office, Legal, IT and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of issuances.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or system-related issues, escalating to IT and relevant stakeholders when required.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and projects aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy.

Main Skills & Requirements

• Good understanding of financial markets, stock market products and structured securities.
• Knowledge of derivatives and different underlying assets, such as equities, indices, commodities, currencies and ETFs.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and rigor when reviewing and preparing documentation.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage daily production within defined cut-off times.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when identifying discrepancies or operational issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Office, Back Office, Legal, IT and other teams.
• Proactive mindset, with an interest in process optimization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in an international environment.
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 38.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
