Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its private residential community. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgets, and tendering; you will manage variations, valuations, and final accounts while supporting claims and risk identification.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, produce cost reports, and uphold regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience on major or international construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of measurement standards and construction regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction systems (BIM/Civil 3D a plus).
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and interim/final accounts.
• Support commercial management activities, including claims and risk identification.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Produce regular cost reports and ensure projects meet legal, quality, and safety standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team

What you will do?

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
