Tech Mahindra, a multinational technology company, is hiring a Quality Analyst to identify and rate content across audio, video, text, and photos according to client guidelines. The role includes monitoring ads campaigns, reviewing user-generated content, and providing written explanations to ensure policy compliance.

The candidate should have a university degree (preferred) with 1–2 years in ads or content moderation, strong English communication, and familiarity with G Suite.

Qualificações

• University Degree (preferred) with 1–2 years of relevant work experience in ads or content moderation.
• Basic level computer handling skills with a typing speed of 25–30 wpm.
• Comfortable with G Suite, especially Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with ability to present reasoning clearly.
• Knowledge of guidelines and best practices for content moderation.
• Experience evaluating and comparing content from different sources.
• Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical to assess content factuality, relevance and alignment with user intent.
• Research skills to evaluate content accuracy and identify trustworthy sources.
• Critical thinking to identify biases and inconsistencies, and adherence to ethical/legal standards.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and rate content types ranging from normal to mildly egregious.
• Assess ads content for accuracy, relevance, and quality against guidelines.
• Oversee quality assurance for digital marketing campaigns to meet standards.
• Rate and provide clear reasoning while adhering to guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in rating decisions.
• Participate in internal training and calibration sessions.
• Support other projects when required and rewrite prompts or responses.
