Job summary

Kantar, a world-leading data, insights and consulting company, is seeking a Q2C Specialist to support financial health and client relationships. You will monitor third‑party collections, analyze customer accounts, and provide data‑driven insights to inform risk decisions.

Join our Functions team to partner with Finance and external suppliers, resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and help improve cash flow across markets in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience in credit control, collections or risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance.
• Analyze customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues.
• Provide accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
