• Keep track and follow up on claims and litigations; coordinate with departments on resolutions and booking adjustments.
• Analyze customers' credit balances and request corrections and updates; maintain master data consistency.
• Prepare activity reports as defined in procedures; conduct ad hoc analyses and respond to inquiries about customer accounts.
