Syone in Portugal is seeking a Python Developer / Software Engineer to develop and maintain applications and backend services using Python, design APIs, work with SQL databases and data-driven applications.

You'll follow clean code, software engineering principles, and agile methodologies; collaborate with DevOps, QA and other teams in an Agile environment; contribute to CI/CD processes and improve performance and scalability.

Qualificações

• Professional experience as a Python Developer / Software Engineer.
• Solid experience with Python and backend development.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Linux environments is a plus.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies, microservices or containerization is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Develop and maintain applications and software solutions using Python.

• Troubleshoot, debug and continuously improve existing applications and solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of software architecture.
