Job summary

SYONE, based in Porto, seeks a Python Developer to build and maintain applications, develop APIs and backend services, and work with relational databases.

You will write clean, maintainable code, apply design patterns and best practices, and collaborate with DevOps, QA and cross-functional teams in an Agile setting with emphasis on performance, scalability and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Python Developer / Software Engineer.
• Solid experience with Python and backend development.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and Linux environments.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI.

Develop and maintain applications and software solutions using Python.

Work with databases, SQL and data-driven applications.

Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following software engineering best practices.

Apply design patterns, clean code principles and appropriate development methodologies.
