SIXT is seeking a Purchasing Support Admin in Lisbon or Berlin to act as the organizational backbone of the purchasing team. You will manage contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision, collaborating with a diverse team across two hubs.

You will review contract documents, maintain amendments, and evaluate AI-extracted data to improve data extraction processes while supporting prompt optimization. A hybrid work setup is available in Lisbon/Berlin.

Qualificações

• Degree in business management or vocational training in commercial/automotive sector.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (French/Spanish).
• Strong Excel and Word skills; comfortable with multiple digital systems.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

Our Purchasing team organizes the acquisition of hundreds of thousands of vehicles every year for innovative mobility products such as car rental, subscription, and car sharing. As a Purchasing Support Admin (m/f/d) at SIXT you will be the organizational backbone of the team, handling contract data, fleet information, and holding cost calculations with precision. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You calculate andmaintainfleet holding cost calculations in our systems
• You act as the first internal contact person for all data relating to our vehicles and handle various operational issues in day-to-day business
• You manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, updating, andmaintainingcontract review documents as well as amendments
• You review contract documents and assess holding cost calculations against them
• You evaluate AI-extracted contract data and support prompt optimization to improve data extraction qualit

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• EducationYou have completeda degree in Business Management ora vocationaltraining in the commercial or automotive sector and bring relevant professional experience
