Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. in Lisbon is seeking a Vendor Masterdata Administrator to maintain accurate vendor data across backend systems and the Procurement Platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

You will work in a hybrid setup with two office days per week, collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, and use MS Office to support purchasing and invoicing processes while communicating in German and English.

Job Description

Join our Corporate Procurement team at SIXT as a Vendor Masterdata Administrator and contribute to the smooth operation of our procurement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data across all relevant platforms, helping to minimize financial risks and improve the efficiency of procurement and invoice processes. By ensuring data integrity, you will play a key role in supporting the stability and growth of our company.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for creating and updating vendor master data in our backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• You act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to mitigate financial risk
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders and occasionally with suppliers to resolve any issues related to supplier details
• You support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data
• You assist with various aspects of supplier management to enhance procurement operations
